UPGRADING HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS FOR A BRIGHTER TOMORROW
La Esperanza Educational Services offers courses and training for Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Basic X-ray Machine Operators, Radiology Technicians, Massage Therapists, and other health care professionals. La Esperanza regularly reports the credits earned by the health care professionals to the office of Continuing Education Broker (CE Broker) to facilitate their license renewals.
The continuing education credits are approved by the State of Florida, Department of Health, and the correspondent boardsand are not licensed by the Commission of Independent Education.

CPR
La Esperanza Educational Services is a training site for the BLS class (Basic Live Support) sponsored by the American Heart Association.
We offer CPR class twice a week, usually Tuesdays at 2.00 pm and Thursdays at 6.00 pm; monthly once, we offer a class on Saturday at 9.00 am.
We provide first-time certification, renewal classes, and also the practicum for the blended BLS course.
ALF - Assisted Living Facility
As a continuing education provider, La Esperanza Educational Services provides the training courses needed for the ALF applicants to maintain their qualifications as caretakers.
Except for the Nutrition and Safe Food Handling, we have in scheduling all the certifications needed to work in the ALF.
We offer these training courses on-site (at the facility) or at our center.


ADC - Adult Day Care
As a continuing education provider, La Esperanza Educational Services provide the training courses needed for the applicants or staff of the ADC to maintain their qualification to work as caretakers.
We provide the necessary certifications except for Nutrition and Safe Food Handling and offer these training courses at the facility or our center.
Transfer of Credits
Atpresent, La Esperanza Educational Services offers degree and vocational programs. To transfer any course from other licensed institutions, the student must present an original transcript and course description. Upon review, La Esperanza may accept up to twenty-five percent (25 %) of the clock hours from other institutions in the case of diploma programs and up to 18 credits, no older than ten years with a satisfactory passing score (C grade at least). No exam will be required. The final determination of the acceptability of transfer of courses is solely the decision of the Campus Director.
If, after beginning a program at La Esperanza Educational Services, a student wishes to transfer to another program, that student will receive credit for the approved courses. The tuition fee will be adjusted following our refund policy.
Students transferring to other institutions from La Esperanza Educational Services will receive an official transcript with the clock hours, courses, and grades earned, and a letter reflecting compliance with their financial obligations. Acceptance of the transfer of hours and grades to other institutions is up to the receiving institution.
Transferability of credit from la Esperanza Educational Services is at the discretion of the accepting institution. It is the student's responsibility to confirm whether the transferring institution will accept credits or not.
